As a footballing school. We have developed our own unique training methods, all aimed at syncing the body and mind in preparation for competing against the best. We believe that a rigorous training system not only develops physical strength, but also the mental stamina required to compete at the highest levels of the game. At Cardiff and The Vale of Glamorgan Football School, We keep up with the latest training techniques and methodologies, and consistently push our athletes to the limit.

This football school was started to be able to give the young induvials of the South Wales the ability to excel their footballing ability and skills regardless of their background. (Hence offering discounted rates to families that are in financial hardship. It is well known that many players coming from low economic backgrounds can fall by the wayside when it comes to footballing academies, our aim is to make our service the best one and the most cost effective. All of our current coaches coach within professional club academy structures. This ensures your child will be receiving academy UEFA accredited coaching. All coaches have a current DBS and Safeguarding children award. The programme we offer does not restrict players playing for a team on Saturday. In fact we highly advise players play for a team on a Saturday.

The programme we offer is one of which a young player at a professional footballing clubs academy would receive.

This includes:

A monthly report of the player’s progress, highlighting the strengths and weaknesses of the past month and a target to work towards for the following month. All of which is sent to parents via email.

One UEFA accredited academy level session a week

A Coach on a monthly basis will come to spectate a player within their Saturday team and compile a report. On which we will be able to see weaknesses of the player’s performance to work on to be able to excel their football development further.

All of which comes under the package at no additional cost.
